To the "About Us" pages of the PTWP web-site. These pages are where you can get acquainted with the members of Prance The Witches Path. Without divulging too much of their personal information, we would like to introduce you to...... SabrinaCat. First, we will say a few words about this member and then include their bio for you to look at.

 

SabrinaCat came to us at one of our open circles back in 2001. It was an open Samhain circle at the Salem Witch Village. SabrinaCat has been with us ever since then, and is one of the very dedicated High Priestesses of this group. Our first impression of SabrinaCat was that of a very shy, young lady. Her devotion to her spiritual path is to be commended. She had one of the longest journeys to attend classes, but she made the trek consistently. SabrinaCat has many health issues, but her determination, and steadfast devotion to the Craft has helped her to do her work. To see her today is a source of pride for Tia and I, as she has continued to make the journey to as many of the PTWP events as she is able to. The respect that she has shown us is a credit to our service to the Lord and the Lady. With that said, I will give you her bio, "In her own words";

 

"My Witch name is SabrinaCat. Sabrina was given to me by a former co-worker of mine who was like a mother. I added Cat, to it, because my patron Goddess is Bast, and I love cats. I started my studies and learning of Witchcraft, back in 1985, at the age of 11. I was brought up Catholic, but my longing to belong and fit in, and wondering and feeling that there is more to the Bible. I was always drawn to dragons, paranormal (especially ghosts), Egyptian history, and the Pentacle. My first real step towards Witchcraft and to the Lord and the Lady came in 1996, and my first trip to Salem, Ma. I got my first pentacle, I felt that I had finally found what I was looking for all my life, like I finally came home! From that point on they have been guiding and protecting me. I was learning from TV documentaries, and books, but I was frustrated, i needed more. I yearned to have someone show me how to use my magic, etc.  I was feeling upset and frustrated, feeling like I was going nowhere. One full Moon night, the Goddess came to me, and sat down beside me on my bed. She told me that she would guide me now, and direct me to where I needed to go to learn what I wanted. The next day, I found a business card, out of the blue, for my first teachers in Haverhill, Ma. Their names were Ed and Loraine Dube. They taught classes from their store. The Goddess led me to them. On a trip to Salem, Ma. in Samhain of 2001, I found a flier for a circle at the Salem Witch Village. The circle was put on by PRANCE, so I went to the celebration there. That Samhain, October 31st, 2001, the God and the Goddess led me to my mentors, teachers, and parents whom I love greatly. I have learned so much from them. I have been with them for 7 years this coming Samhain. I was elevated to High Priestess in November 2005, and I continue to serve the Lord and the Lady. And I am still a working member of this group, PTWP, and will ever be. In love and light.
