6/29/2008We call unto thee, O ancient and mighty One; Great Father of the Heavens, Powers of the Sun. You shine ever brightly, this universal white light. Be one with us now, witness this rite. Consort and lover to the great Earth Mother, this divine union unlike any other, embrace us all as sister and brother. You guide us with your wisdom in our everyday life, your knowledge helps us to overcome strife. The harvest festivals we celebrate thrice is testimony of your love through your sacrifice. The bounties of the fields you humbly bestow, your light allows all the grains to flourish and grow. Those who are adept at their Craft still know, and live by, "as above, so below". Your journey into darkness is not an ending, just a reminder, both of you are sending. In the final days we return to the Earth, but belief in the divine, ensures us rebirth. These cycles of life are a part of our ways, honor them always living life to the fullest all of your days. I am the Lord of the hunt, king of the forest, reverence unto me, you'll always be blessed. The Green Man, the stag, and the Horned one; great Father of the heavens, powers of the Sun. And when you call me, my blessings you'll receive, as long as you always believe. Remember always my words of power, you can search all of your days, even scour every minute of every hour. Power comes from within to be one with me, if you live by these words I humbly decree; "One with the Lord and the Lady, you'll ever be". I end these verses I write, sending them out in love and in light. I am forever in their service and one, with this great Father of the heavens, Power of the Sun.
